Background / History

The Ye Family is an unusually unified clan of more than eight hundred direct descendants. It has no collateral branches because its founder, Ye Zhantian, remains alive and is recorded on the first page of the family genealogy. Clan members receive their own courtyards upon reaching sixteen. 7
