Although Batman had made such a vicious threat, Bat-Mite was not worried in the slightest.
To him, Batman could never actually hurt him. Even if Batman had some way to trap him, it would only be temporary, adding an interesting splash of color to Bat-Mite's otherwise boring life.
When facing a character who could never truly hurt you, it was difficult to feel any fear. It was like watching a horror movie: no matter how terrifying the ghost was, once you realized, Oh, the ghost on the television can't actually jump out and kill me, all that remained was excitement.
That was Bat-Mite's current state of mind. He was simply eager to see what kind of dazzling trick Batman could come up with next, after which he would use his Fifth-Dimensional Power to create an even more dazzling and interesting variation based on it.
"Tell me quickly, Bat-Mite. Can I restrict your Fifth-Dimensional Power?"
Bat-Mite turned around and checked whether anyone was behind him. After confirming that there was no one there, he turned back to Chen Tao and said, "Are you sure? Are you sure you're asking me?"
He said, "I'm not answering a question like that! Even though you're my idol, fan-meeting time should naturally last as long as possible! Do you want an even stronger enemy? Batman should only be able to defeat a powerful foe if—"
Chen Tao saw the Five-Dimensional Being's attention drifting away from the subject. Afraid that he would snap his fingers again and fish some troublesome villain out of some obscure corner of the Over-Time Stream—perhaps a peak-condition Amazo robot—he hurriedly stopped him and forcibly dragged the conversation back.
"There's no need. Those useless pieces of trash aren't worthy of being my Batman's opponents!" Chen Tao pointed at the group of Batman
