A member of the Third Army tore through a teleportation space from the void and jumped out, only to discover that he had not appeared at the point in time he had intended—the meeting hall where all the members of the Third Army had gathered—but in some strange place he could not make heads or tails of.

At his peak, he could transform the energy of the Emotional Spectrum into terrifying rays and Seven-Colored Meridians to attack his enemies, but for now, he could not afford to use it so extravagantly.
