Time Trapper was Supreme Superboy from a future timeline, so his power was almost exactly the same as Supreme Superboy's.

In truth, the connection between Time Trapper and Parallax Hal had also been directly influenced by Chen Tao.

Back then, Chen Tao had brought Anti-Monitor to Earth-15, which led Supreme Superboy and Parallax Hal to join forces and invade the World Forge to fight Barbatos. Through that incident, Parallax Hal had come to know Supreme Superboy and witnessed his power.

And because of the Earth-15 incident, the Over-Time Stream had fluctuated as well. The evil future version of Supreme Superboy—Time Trapper—had been resurrected, and memories of joining forces with Parallax Hal had automatically appeared in his mind. In the end, they
