His search led him to Hundred Flowers Pavilion, where Qing Lan revealed that the gray-robed regular’s previous companions had died mysteriously.

• Mo Hua reached Nanyue City with Mr. Zhuang and the Bai siblings, searched for Instructor Yan, and reunited with Situ Fang, who was investigating missing Mine Cultivators.
• Mo Hua and Situ Fang explored the Lu Family mine, found the mutilated miners’ remains, and learned that the tunnels contained a sinister Absolute Array.
• Mo Hua investigated the families’ missing compensation and exposed Wang Lai and his gang for taking the Spirit Stones meant for the victims’ relatives.
• Mo Hua, Bai Zisheng, and Bai Zixi followed Wang Lai into the mine, where they rescued Old Yu, Wang Er, and Tang Wu and forced Wang Lai to confess to murdering miners for their corpses.
• Wang Lai revealed that a masked, gray-robed cultivator had paid him for corpses, and Mo Hua led the group out of the mine as a dangerous presence awakened.
• Mo Hua returned to the mine and found a hidden tunnel, then searched for the gray-robed cultivator and learned he had visited Hundred Flowers Pavilion.

Mo Hua and the Bai siblings tracked Zhang Quan to a corpse-refining stronghold, rescued Instructor Yan, and helped the Situ Clan defeat Zhang Quan. Mo Hua uncovered the Spirit Pivot Formation and realized a higher-level controller might be directing the corpses.

• Mo Hua helped Situ Fang trap the gray-robed cultivator at Hundred Flowers Pavilion, then tracked him to Mine Mountain, where Zhang Quan unleashed Walking Corpses and Iron Corpses.
• Mo Hua secretly kept two Walking Corpses and reconstructed part of their Absolute Array, while Zhang Quan fled and the Chief Administrator destroyed the official evidence.
• Mo Hua followed Zhang Quan into the Wild Mountains and discovered Walking Corpse Stronghold, where he found Instructor Yan imprisoned and learned that Zhang Quan possessed the Spirit Pivot Formation Diagram.
• Mo Hua and Instructor Yan arranged to rescue him and attack the stronghold, while Situ Fang gathered more than two hundred cultivators for the assault.
• Mo Hua rescued Instructor Yan and sabotaged the stronghold’s arrays, then stole Zhang Quan’s blood-refined Corpse Control Bells and ancestor portrait from a hidden chamber.
• Situ Fang’s forces stormed Walking Corpse Stronghold, and Mo Hua and the Bai siblings stopped Zhang Quan from escaping and captured him alive.

Mo Hua traced the Little Spirit Hidden Sect’s traitor to Lu Chengyun and infiltrated the Lu Family’s Corpse Mine. He memorized and mastered the complete Spirit Pivot Formation, then prepared to enter the Ten Thousand Corpse Array to find Zhang Quan’s Ancestor Portrait.

• Mo Hua showed Instructor Yan his reconstructed Spirit Pivot Formation Diagram and agreed to help find Shen Cai, while Mr. Zhuang began teaching him Divine Sense Killing.
• Mo Hua trained against the zombies in Zhang Quan’s Ancestor Portrait, strengthening his Divine Consciousness by refining their Evil Thoughts.
• After Zhang Quan died in a prison fire, Mo Hua investigated the Lu Family and discovered that Mine Mountain concealed a Corpse Mine.
• Mo Hua learned that Lu Chengyun had married into the Lu Family and suspected he was Shen Cai, then Lu Chengyun confronted him and demanded help refining corpses.
• Lu Chengyun brought Mo Hua into the Corpse Mine, where Mo Hua secretly surveyed its chambers and found the Ten Thousand Corpse Array surrounding a Bronze Coffin.
• Mo Hua pretended to design an Array Eye while memorizing the complete Spirit Pivot Formation Diagram from Lu Chengyun’s album.
• Mo Hua reconstructed and mastered the Spirit Pivot Formation, sealed Lu Chengyun’s back door in the array, and used the formation to control Big Tiger and several Little Tiger puppets.
• Mo Hua watched Zhang Quan, concluded his albums were not the Ancestor Portrait, and decided to enter the Ten Thousand Corpse Array to search for it.

Mo Hua uncovered Lu Chengyun and Zhang Quan’s plans for the Corpse King while secretly altering the arrays that controlled it. As outside forces gathered to attack the Corpse Mine, Mo Hua survived the Zhang Family spirits’ attempt to devour him and gained control over them as zombies.

• Mo Hua entered the Ten Thousand Corpse Altar, reconstructed its inherited Evil Dao array, and learned how it refined and controlled corpses.
• Mo Hua investigated the Lu family through Lu Ming and overheard Lu Chengyun admit he had deceived the Lu Family ancestor and planned to refine him into a zombie.
• Mo Hua found the Corpse Mine’s vast horde, suspected Lu Chengyun had used the Lu family’s ancestral graves, and learned that the Corpse King would soon be ready.
• Mo Hua opened the Bronze Coffin and secretly overlaid Lu Chengyun’s control array with his own, while Nanyue City and outside cultivators prepared to confront the mine.
• Zhang Quan placed the Bronze Coffin’s heart in the Lu Family ancestor’s corpse and brought the Corpse King to life, then fought Lu Chengyun over control of it.
• Mo Hua secretly took control of the Corpse King and some Iron Corpses, but Lu Chengyun killed Zhang Quan and then lured Mo Hua into a coffin beneath the Ancestor Portrait.
• Mo Hua let Zhang Quan and the Zhang Family spirits enter his Sea of Consciousness, then killed or subdued them with arrays and spells after they tried to devour his divine sense.
• Mo Hua used the Spirit Pivot Formation to control Zhang Quan and Elder Song as zombies, restored them with other corpses, and ordered Elder Song to attack an arriving zombie elder.
