Background

Su Chen was separated from the Su family as a child and grew up in an orphanage before returning to Haishi’s wealthy Su family. Though Su Zhenxing and Liu Yanran are identified as his biological parents, he receives little familial affection after returning and is routinely disparaged for his orphanage upbringing. 1 30
