Inside the temporarily converted massive dry dock, an alchemical ritual array blazed with dazzling golden-red light as roaring heat waves swept through.

Enormous steel components were heated and reshaped in midair, then precisely installed in designated positions on the massive hull at the center.

Decks, turrets, gun barrels, steam turbines, nickel-aluminum bronze alloy propeller blades, and more.

There were four people at the core of the ritual array:

Mennon Watt, the "Crown Wizard," who looked much younger, like a middle-aged man; Evan, serving as the primary assistant; Olivia, wielding the Magic Book Emerald Tablet; and Principal Princeton, handling the odd jobs.

All four were powerful wizards with considerable attainments in alchemy, Material Transformation, and the shipbuilding industry.

And on this steel warship under construction,

there were also numerous traces of both the Crown of Miracles and the Steam Fortress, though these were versions completely stripped of Extraordinary Abilities.

Hull length-to-beam ratio, bulbous bow, optimally proportioned propellers, twin gun turrets...

Outside the ritual array,

because the opportunity to witness the birth of a Truth Embodiment was truly once in a lifetime, besides the kingdom's high command led by Queen Livina and the Kingdom Guardian, the Rose Sword Saint Ilvedi,

both Mennon Watt's and Evan's entourages were numerous, almost entirely composed of wizards of at least the Second Order.
