Background / History

Si Qianjun personally led a Special Management Bureau force to recover Lin Shuguang and the surviving members of his team after their disappearance in a collapsed passage. He learned that seven days had passed outside while the survivors believed only several hours had elapsed. 8

As Bureau Chief, Si Qianjun repeatedly defended the bureau's authority against powerful local factions. When Wei Xiangyi attempted to forcibly remove Ye Tianhao from bureau custody, Si refused to yield, maintaining that the bureau followed Great Xia's laws rather than any individual's demands.
