After Boss Qian and Old Du Liu die, Conan takes a more active role in the investigation. He argues against hasty accusations, but continues to identify Yimo as the group's largest threat 39 40.

Conan publicly counter-claims the Hunter role and convenes a meeting to accuse Yimo of being a Werewolf. His argument persuades several players, allowing him to take effective control of the anti-Yimo voting bloc 46 47.
