Chen Fei commissioned Ouyang Jie to forge a Sword Embryo for 5,000 Contribution Points. Though already stronger than refined-iron weapons, the embryo was unsuitable for repeated combat because damage could jeopardize its future advancement. Chen Fei named it the Qian Yuan Sword and placed it in a specially made sheath and Frozen Spring Water for daily nurturing. 196

Its early development was shaped around Chen Fei's force-oriented path. Rather than prioritizing sharpness, he gave it sturdiness to endure prolonged battles and heaviness to complement the Heavy Yuan Sword, Giant Strength Sword, and Tongyuan Art. 209

The sword repeatedly advanced by absorbing Heaven Stone Gold, spiritual materials, spiritual weapons, and spiritual essence extracted from defeated cultivators.
