Kino wore a knowing smile:
"Let me tell you something. With tsunderes like her, it's best to be direct. Otherwise, getting her to make the first move is impossible unless you die once first, just like you did."
Pepper watched Tony, who was still rummaging through the ruins in the distance. Her eyes shimmered with complicated emotions.
There was worry, anticipation, and a trace of determination that was hard to notice. She bit her lip, seemingly pondering Kino's words.
"I understand. If he dares reject me, I'll quit and apply to be his housekeeper."
With that, Pepper turned and walked downstairs. Her high heels tapped crisply against the floor.
The surrounding Stark employees exchanged glances before following her one after another.
Natasha also shook her head with a smile. This demon even liked stealing Cupid's job—he kept finding new ways to surprise her. Seeing Kino's family leaning against one another, she decided not to disturb them.

"I think that if he finds out you caused this explosion, he'll wish he could eat you alive." Pamela rolled her eyes at him.

"Honestly, you're hopeless, flirting in front of the children."
Though she said she disliked it, Pamela leaned over and kissed him. Venom also came out and sat on the other side, wrapping Kino's arm against her chest.
"Who were you referring to when you talked about tsunderes just now?" Venom asked.
"Uh, no one. I want a kiss." Kino shamelessly played dumb.
