Kino stared at the sudden turn of events.
"This is the power of the Ghost Rider, Mephisto."
Pamela picked up Damian and said gently, "Darling, go."
Venom quickly possessed Kino again, instantly forming the golden Superman Armor around him, its radiance dazzling.
Kino was just about to fly over and save them, but he stopped.
"Don't rush. Tony seems to have another trick up his sleeve." His eyes remained fixed on the distant battlefield.
"Hahahaha!"
Obadiah laughed wildly, completely oblivious to what was happening to his body. The flesh that made him human was being continuously eroded.
The bizarre flames were frantically devouring his life, but he had already descended into madness and sensed nothing.
Tony found a huge steel plate and used it to temporarily block Obadiah's attacks.
"Sir, the armor's energy is down to two percent. It will shut down completely in five minutes."
Jarvis's voice rang in Tony's ear.
Tony braced himself behind the constantly vibrating steel plate. The tremendous impact shook his internal organs as if they had been displaced, making him so sick he nearly vomited blood.
"Jarvis, activate Apollo Mode." Tony shouted through gritted teeth.
"Sir, Apollo Mode has never been tested. Furthermore, the armor on your body is only seventy-two percent intact. It may explode immediately." Jarvis sounded worried.
"Activate it, Jarvis. Don't make me say it a third time!" Tony roared.
"Yes, sir... Apollo Mode, activated."
The armor on Tony's chest began to transform. The exhausted Arc Reactor popped out, replaced by a black-and-white patterned design.
"Dad, Mom, Pepper, watch over me." Tony closed his eyes and prayed silently.
At the same time, the Gatling gun's bullets pierced through the steel plate.
