A compass led Ning Qi toward another inheritance site, where he began exploring the ruins aboard a Flying Vessel and reached a bamboo house.

• Ning Qi entered the Inner Realm, built insect nests to gather Sword Qi, and later explored a sect where he mastered the Heavenly Mystery Art and found the Sword King’s life-essence pool.
• Ning Qi and Ye Lingshuang activated the pool’s formation, and Ning Qi combined the Heavenly Mystery Art into the Heavenly Profound Sword Art before leaving with Heavenly Tribulation.
• Ning Qi absorbed a sword formation into Heavenly Tribulation, discovered a remnant soul in a jade pendant, and found a self-repairing Flying Vessel containing a powerful Time-Difference Formation.
• Ning Qi found a dark cave and helped the Medicine Spirit subdue Heavenly Tribulation, while the former owner’s lingering obsession gave him a compass to the nearby legacy.

Ning Qi uncovered the Sword Spirit King's scheme to draw inheritors into a trap, rescued his companions, and defeated the king. After Heavenly Tribulation absorbed the king's Sword Soul and Medicine Spirit endured its tribulation, Ning Qi headed toward Human Race territory and found a dangerous abandoned sect.

• Ning Qi explored the ruins and recruited Tu Hu, who guided him toward the Heavenly Tribulation inheritance and explained how the ruins' dead had become Sword Spirits and skeletons.
• At the inheritance, Ning Qi exposed the Sword Spirit King's attempt to seize Heavenly Tribulation, then learned the king had fabricated the inheritance to lure people into a scheme to form a body.
• Ning Qi rescued Ye Lingshuang and other companions, helped them escape the dangerous area, and used the Devil Race's attack to slip past the Sword Spirits guarding the exit.
• Ning Qi drew the Sword Spirit King into battle, defeated him with Heavenly Tribulation and his formations, and the Medicine Spirit extracted the king's Sword Soul.
• Ning Qi brought his companions safely out, then supervised the Medicine Spirit as Heavenly Tribulation absorbed the Sword Soul and the Medicine Spirit endured its heavenly tribulation.
• Ning Qi reunited with Tu Hu and Shi Xiaokun, followed the Compass toward Human Race territory, and investigated an abandoned sect where Medicine Spirit fought twisted monsters and recognized a powerful Black Armor Corpse.

Ning Qi reunited with Xu Qingqiu, acquired treasures connected to Mount Buzhou, and defeated pursuers before entering the Inheritance Land. He refined formation Origin Power to reach Archaic Golden Immortal, then encountered a powerful light figure beneath a pool of spirit marrow essence while Medicine Spirit remained absent.

• Ning Qi and Medicine Spirit escaped the ancient ruins after recovering a self-repairing brocade box and discovering that the strange vines caused illusions.
• Ning Qi reunited with Xu Qingqiu and bought a sealed sword, Purple Scaled Armor for her, and a crystal treasure chest connected to Mount Buzhou at the Black Market auction.
• Ning Qi refused to share information with Xu Feng'er and defeated the pursuing attackers, but Wang Xiaotian escaped and plotted revenge.
• Ning Qi bought an inscribed stone from Mount Buzhou’s Inheritance Land, departed with Xu Qingqiu and Medicine Spirit, and killed the commander of an attacking fleet.
