Lin Heng defeated the Sui'an Goddess and exposed the threat posed by outsiders, then returned to Dragon Cliff Mountain amid a dispute over his family ties and a confrontation with Dugu Qingyang. He warned that the Upper Realm Buddhists were the true danger and suspected Bai Zihe of involvement.

• The Yu Clan sought reconciliation with the Central Domain, but Dugu Zixuan rejected the request as Jiang Jingyi and Meng Yutong clashed over Lin Heng and the Inner Court.
• Jiang Caiyan discovered Bai Zihe and Ye Guang mining Heaven and Earth Stones and plotting against the Dugu Clan, while Lin Heng planned to capture Leshan Ancient Temple’s divine maiden.
• Lin Heng used his Humanity Domain to suppress the Divine Lord and Sui'an Goddess, destroyed the temple, killed the returning Calamity-polluted believers, and captured the goddess.
• Lin Heng learned from Sui'an Goddess’s memories that Bai Zihe and Bai Yi knew each other, then agreed to return to the Central Domain at Jiang Qian’s urging while Chen Changqin stayed behind.

Lin Heng navigated the Female Emperor’s schemes and Meng Yutong’s suspicions while settling conflicts within the Dugu Clan by sending elders to mine. As the Demon Venerable threatened the Central Domain, Lin Heng escaped a gathering and brought Saint Ye and Hua Qi to meet the captive Sui'an Goddess.

• Lin Heng sent Lin Yi and other Old Lin Family members to mine, then learned from Jiang Jingyi that the Medical Path faction might be preparing to resurrect the Medical Ancestor.
• Jiang Jingyi restrained Lin Heng and staged an apparent intimate encounter to provoke Meng Yutong, but Lin Heng broke free and later spent days with the Female Emperor before escaping.
• Meng Yutong and the other women confronted Lin Heng over his affairs, and Mu Li’s claimed pregnancy was exposed as a lie.
• Lin Heng helped Dugu Yueli and Qin Hongyi confront Dugu Wuwu, then defeated Dugu Wuwu and two other elders and sent them to mine under Wang Lei’s supervision.
• Jiang Jingyi warned the Dugu Clan that the Demon Venerable had crossed into the Central Domain and proposed joining forces with the Beast Clan against the Immortal Clans.

Lin Heng escaped the Female Emperor’s palace, managed the Nine Dust Alliance’s needs, and fought in the war before Xiao Muyu took him to the Underworld to recover. When Calamity trapped his family and allies, he returned, exposed the Buddhist Incense Society’s scheme, rescued Dugu Yueli, and told her family that the old ancestor had fallen.

• The Female Emperor carried Lin Heng away, but Dugu Zixuan persuaded Jiang Jingyi to release him, and Lin Heng confronted Bai Yi about his betrayal and the Sui'an Goddess.
• Lin Heng assigned missions to family heads and lent the Nine Dust Alliance Spirit Stones, while Dugu Yueli’s relatives warned her against relying too much on him.
• Lin Heng discovered the Heavenly Mystery Imperial Office’s losses, arranged a loan for Dugu Yueli, and freed Lin Yi and the Dugu prisoners before the Demon Race invaded.

Lin Heng searched the Plateau Forbidden Zone for the missing Female Emperor and uncovered a conspiracy involving the Shadow Alliance and the Medical Path. He was captured with Bai Yi in the underground fortress, while the Taoist Nun learned of his relationship with the Female Emperor and joined the campaign against the remaining clans.

• Lin Heng learned that the Shadow Alliance had betrayed the Female Emperor and set out for the Plateau Forbidden Zone to find her.
• Wen Zhou admitted that he had imprisoned Jiang Jingyi because he loved her, while she said she was waiting for Lin Heng to rescue her.
• Lin Heng found Jiang Zhenqing and suspected him of helping arrange the Female Emperor’s capture, then entered the forbidden zone with Bai Yi to search for her.
• Wei Shouchen revealed that the Shadow Alliance had captured the Female Emperor and demanded Lin Heng’s Immortal Body origin in exchange for her release.
• Lin Heng and Bai Yi entered the underground fortress, where Zhao Zigong and Wei Shouchen disclosed the Medical Path’s longevity scheme and captured them.
• The Taoist Nun learned that Lin Heng was the Female Emperor’s Dao partner and left to finish capturing the remaining clans.
• Bai Yi woke beside the bound Lin Heng and pretended he had helped lure Lin Heng into the trap, then called Zhao Zigong a potential adoptive father.
