The overall development within the Galente Federation was quite good.
Whenever Wizard Civilization promoted the Galente Federation within the Wizard Alliance, it always vilified the other side, branding the Galente Federation with labels such as "evil," "dark," "corrupt," and "backward."
This was a strategic necessity.
But from an objective standpoint, the Galente Federation's overall development, as well as the current state of its Vassal Civilizations, was quite good.
The Galente Federation placed immense emphasis on economic development. In terms of overall economic strength, its civilization was not necessarily inferior to Wizard Civilization.
Wizard Civilization merely possessed a greater total quantity of resources. In terms of development depth, however, it was not necessarily as thorough as the Galente Federation.
After arriving within the Galente Federation's sphere of influence, Saine was astonished to discover something.
Besides possessing an extremely high degree of development for all Complete Rule Planes and resource Demiplanes, this Technological Civilization could even extensively develop the far more numerous Broken Planes and worthless void meteors in the Star Realm.
To Wizard Civilization, Broken Planes contained few rare metals and possessed no energy veins. Their harsh environments made it difficult for creatures below Rank One to remain there for long periods.
If Rank One or higher creatures were specifically sent to develop the limited value of Broken Planes, that would truly be like throwing away a watermelon to pick up sesame seeds.
Perhaps the eventual gains would not even cover the cost of the investment!
But the Galente Federation was different.
The Federation's technological system determined that the foundational requirements of its civilization were lower than those of the Wizard World.
Ordinary copper and iron ore were simply beneath the notice of the Wizard World's knights and mages.
Even Magic Apprentices and Knight Attendants knew to make equipment for themselves
