The labyrinthine metal passageways left Saine with an even greater impression than when he had visited the City of Steel years ago.

At first, Saine's advance had gone quite smoothly.

With an accurate map guiding him, all Saine had to do was fly straight ahead with his head down.

But when he reached the final third of the journey, the R7 Fleet Group outside Cybertron Planet had already locked onto his position.

In addition to continually firing ground-penetrating energy beams at Saine, they had begun making use of Cybertron Planet's various existing defensive facilities.

Fortunately, Cybertron Planet was merely a robot manufacturing base, not some Military Restricted Zone. Though it possessed some defensive measures, they were not excessively formidable.

Beyond the planet, Decepticons and the other Intelligent Robots were still buying Saine time. Relying on the Elemental True Body of a Level-4 lifeform and the Storm Flame Wings empowered by his Magic Conductor, Saine finally reached his destination after flying for some time.

Before him stood an enormous metal hatch.

The tightly sealed hatch was difficult to force through even with Saine's Level-4 Power.

The Galente Federation had sealed off every passage in the surrounding area. Saine wanted to use some high-powered magic to blast open the metal hatch, but he feared that violent elemental turbulence arising Deep Underground might trigger consequences impossible to predict.

This was, after all, an artificial Mechanical Planet. In terms of a plane's resistance to damage and self-repair capabilities, it was far inferior to those Complete Rule Planes naturally formed within the Star Realm.

Saine was not worried that the robots' homeland would be destroyed as a result. What concerned him was causing damage to the Core Control Room and affecting his mission.
