When Abel, Rule Wizard Frankenstein, and Rule Wizard Hal arrived in Rice City through the Large Teleportation Array in Abel's basement, five Rule Wizards had already appeared there.
Rice City was the nearest city with a teleportation array to War Song City. Moreover, because of the harsh environment of War Song Plateau, even Rule Wizards could not use "Teleportation" to travel directly to War Song City.
That was why the Wizard Guild wanted to use flying mounts to transport the rescuers. Unfortunately, ordinary Sky-Scorching Sparrows were not fast enough, while small flying mounts could not cover such a distance in a single flight.
Abel's Sky-Scorching Sparrow, however, could be stored in the spatial beast pouch unique to Druids. He could summon it again after reaching Rice City a thousand miles away, greatly increasing the speed of transportation.
