"Elder Mumford, Elder Youjin, join me for a meal!" Abel glanced at the sky, then smiled and bowed in invitation.
"Elder Mumford, you must try the dishes here. There are no better dishes in the world!" Elder Youjin's excitement had yet to fade. He was clearly much more animated than usual as he said this to Elder Mumford with a smile.
The entire meal passed amid Elder Mumford's astonishment. Whether it was the ancient puppets serving as attendants, the exquisitely delicious dishes, or the peerless wine, everything made him feel as though he had spent his entire life eating in vain.
After the meal, he and Abel went from strangers to acquaintances.
In the reception hall, Abel and the two Dragon Elders each held a cup of twice-refined Water Spirit Fruit juice as they lounged in their chairs.
"Elder Abel, I envy you so much. I even want to live here forever!" Elder Mumford took a sip of Water Spirit Fruit juice, savoring the sensation it brought to his soul, then said with a smile.
"Elder Mumford, then I'll have to welcome you. People come to my door to provoke me from time to time!" Abel replied jokingly.
"Elder Abel, the Wizard Guild now has eight God Tier Wizards. Our Dragon Clan's number of God Tier dragons is already inferior to that of the Wizard Guild. Everyone who could return has returned, while we have no idea what happened to those who haven't. But after seeing that you have gained two more God Tier combatants, I'm somewhat reassured!" Elder Youjin explained the situation on the continent to Abel, and the atmosphere in the reception hall grew heavier.
"No matter what, the Wizard Guild wouldn't go to war with the Dragon Clan, would it?" Abel asked, shaking his head.
"I'm worried
