White Tiger Temple welcomed its first residents: the first members sent by Xuen the White Tiger and the Shaohao Dynasty.

Pandaria Continent was equally chaotic now, but the Shaohao Dynasty, having managed to free up a little manpower, still sent people to formally take over the long-completed White Tiger Temple complex.

With the Shaohao Dynasty officially entering the world, certain political issues inevitably came to the forefront.

Emperor Shaohao made his decision: the Shaohao Dynasty represented all Pandaren of Pandaria Continent, and it would join neither the Alliance nor the Horde, maintaining absolute neutrality. This was also the political stance and philosophy of all Pandaren.

Anyone unwilling to uphold this would automatically be regarded as having renounced their status as a subject of the Shaohao Dynasty and would no longer receive the dynasty's protection.

Naturally, this specifically referred to the Pandaren living on Misty Isle. They had no connection to the Shaohao Dynasty and were not subjects of the dynasty, retaining only the most basic bond of shared kinship.
