"That's good!" Lord Milim nodded, then looked around. "Where's that Ruka you mentioned? Why isn't she with you?"

Linlin calmly took a bite of cake. "Something seems to have happened outside Many Countries, so I sent Ruka to gather intelligence."

"She should be back soon." No sooner had Linlin spoken than a beautiful young girl with long golden hair, dressed in a maid outfit, ran in from outside.

Ruka took a few breaths, her face full of anxiety as she looked at Linlin. "King Linlin, several countries on the Grand Line have declared war on Many Countries together."

"Oh! So it has begun this quickly?" Although Linlin had expected that war between nations was unavoidable, she had not expected it to erupt so soon.

"According to information from the spies, it wasn't supposed to happen this quickly. But a country called War Without End Country was the first to issue a declaration of war." Ruka swiftly explained the cause of the war.

"War Without End Country!" Linlin nodded. She had heard of that country; it was a nation shrouded in war every single day.

It would not be an exaggeration to say that anyone over six years old had to take part in the war.

After thinking for a while, Linlin suddenly spoke. "Inform all the guards currently in Many Countries that no ships are to enter or leave. From this moment onward, Many Countries is officially in a state of war."

"Also, ask the Giants who just joined us to help protect Many Countries while Milim and I are away." Linlin's expression had never been so serious.

"Although I don't think they'll have a chance to reach Many Countries, it's better to be cautious."

Ruka's mouth fell open in shock. "King Linlin, even you are going personally?"

Linlin let out a long breath. "This is Many Countries' first war. We have to win it cleanly and beautifully."

"Understood!" Ruka nodded, then hesitantly asked, "King Linlin, don't you need anyone to accompany you and Lord Milim?"

"There's no need." Linlin shook her head. Many Countries could not afford any losses right now, and those three countries did not have any powerful fighters. Even if they had hidden experts among them, with her Iron Skin and Phoenix recovery ability, there was no way she could die there.

Although she felt that this declaration of war was somewhat strange, Linlin did not hesitate in the slightest. Her overwhelming strength gave her unparalleled confidence.

"Milim! Milim!" A voice suddenly called out as Vegapunk came sprinting over from afar, panting heavily as he stopped before Linlin.

"Huff, huff! King Linlin, where is Milim?" Vegapunk asked anxiously.

Linlin looked at the crimson trail in the distance. "You may have come a little too late."

Following Linlin's gaze, Vegapunk also saw that crimson trail. "Sigh, I was still one step too late."

"Dr. Vegapunk, what did you need Milim for?" Linlin asked curiously.

"Oh!" Coming back to his senses, Vegapunk hurriedly pulled out two Discs. "I heard that both you, King Linlin, and Milim are Devil Fruit users."

"So I specially developed two shielding devices!" Vegapunk raised the two Discs in his hands as he introduced them. "These are seawater shielding devices I developed. If you carry one and come into contact with seawater, the device will release a thin membrane."

"It filters out the Seastone factors in seawater before they can get close to your body. I originally wanted to give one to both you and Milim."

"But Milim has already left, so I'll give this device to you, King Linlin. I hope it can help you." Dr. Vegapunk handed the Disc in his hand to Charlotte Lingling!

"I sincerely hope that a wonderful country like Many Countries can continue to exist forever."

"Of course. We won't lose." With absolute confidence, Linlin boarded the ship, which sped away in one direction.

Following the Eternal Pose's guidance, Milim rapidly advanced toward War Without End Country!

Meanwhile, War Without End Country was mobilizing its soldiers. The troops were a mixed lot: some were Old Men in their sixties, while others were children of only seven or eight.

The officer spoke with immense excitement, declaring that if they won this war, they would all become heroes of their country.

But those words could only fool the younger children. The older soldiers had utterly dim eyes, without the slightest glimmer of light.

Sitting in the command room, the king stared at Many Countries' location on the map in his hand, his eyes filled with hatred and Greed.

He hated them because many civilians had secretly sailed away from War Without End Country after hearing the legends of Many Countries, causing the king to lose a great deal of property.

He was greedy because Many Countries could actually support so many people; the treasures it possessed must surely be considerable.

This time, the king was utterly confident that he could take down Many Countries. The source of that confidence was the CP0 members seated before him in black suits.

Rubbing his hands together with a broad smile, the king said, "My lords, my army has fully assembled. We only await your command before setting out for Many Countries!"
