Background / History
As the Third Raikage's son, A urged his father to attack the Uzumaki Clan, dismissing reports that they might have an unknown means of defense. The Third Raikage rebuked him for his confidence and told him to use his title while they were working 90.
A later fought Uzumaki clansmen alongside Killer B. His Lightning Release Chakra Mode improved his speed and reactions, but the clansmen kept pace and placed seals on him through physical contact. Seven lightning bolts then struck him before he could evade; after his capture, black runes sealed his Chakra 109 110 111. A remained defiant in captivity, demanding an explanation when his captors dismissed him and the strength of his village 112.
