Background

Charlotte Lingling was born as Milim's younger sister. During their childhood on an unnamed island, her Food Addiction Syndrome drove her to kill an adult giant during an episode; Milim became responsible for feeding and protecting her after their parents abandoned them. 1 15

Lingling later consumed the Phoenix Fruit, gaining flight, blue flames, and extraordinary regeneration. Thirteen years after the sisters' childhood on the island, both were nineteen years old; Lingling had grown into a towering woman with exceptional physical strength. 3 4

She pursued the dream of creating Many Countries, a nation able to unite different races and provide its people with food, safety, and peace. As its king, Lingling became far gentler and more disciplined than the pirate she might otherwise have become. 5 9 100
