The Secret Ones Alliance Takes Shape
Early the next morning, Josh awoke from meditation. It was another bright, refreshing day, but he planned to leave today.
There were many interesting things in the Marvel Universe, and its resources were incredibly abundant, but now was not the time. In this era, nearly the entire world was at war. If Josh had ambitions, he could have gotten involved, but unfortunately, he had no such intention. Even as a reserve world, he did not intend to target ordinary people.
A reserve world was exactly what the name implied. Josh intended to treat these worlds as backup bases, places to train talent or gather supplies. Though the Muya Continent was vast and boundless, it held no real significance for the current Josh.
These worlds, however, were different. At the very least, aside from the first world, Valoran, the others were generally very safe—either he had directly become one of the strongest beings in the world, or the world's true peak had yet to appear and could not notice him.
Since that was the case, why risk his life fighting others, even other empires, for resources on the Muya Continent? Wouldn't it be better to turn his own territory into the center of the world? Josh was very confident about that.
He could travel through so many other worlds and acquire countless resources and knowledge. If he still could not accomplish his goals after all that, then he might as well die. He was already working toward that goal. The gains might be small for now, but he had to look at the long term.
