Clearly, this Wizard Academy had been jointly established by a group of independent wizards who lived outside the Wizard Academies scattered along the Heaven River. According to the information displayed outside the shop's exhibition hall, the entire Calamityfire Alliance had only three ordinary Second-Ring Wizards. All three had come to the Rose Building this time to attend its opening ceremony.
Since it was merely an alliance of three independent wizards, the academy had limited teaching staff. That meant the Wizard Secret Realm and funding-system resources corresponding to its faculty system were also limited.
