Background / History

The term Chaos Space initially refers to the independent fragment Jiang Liu discovers as a “Battlefield Space.” This fragment, nearly one-third the size of the Human Realm, had served as the Chaos God’s resting place and was itself broken into seven shards after an ancient war. 1753 2017

The broader original Chaos Space encompassed the Human Realm, Nether Realm, Divine Realm, and this independent fragment. It was the birthplace of the Human Race and one of three super Divine Artifacts controlled by the first God Lord, the Chaos God, alongside the Chaos Divine Axe and Chaos Divine Hall. 2018 2043

During the ancient war against Void Creatures, the complete Chaos Space shattered into four independent realms. The Chaos God disappeared after confronting the Void Overlord, while the Human Realm’s cultivation environment deteriorated as the original Qi became diluted and later knowledge was lost. 2018 2043 2062

Jiang Liu first controls a Battlefield Space Shard, then discovers the space’s true name while forcing a shard to merge with the Mountain Hollow Space. The seven shard consciousnesses are identified as Hun Yi, Hun Er, Hun San, Hun Si, Hun Wu, Hun Liu, and Hun Qi. 1749 1829

The Chaos Heart repeatedly attempts to reclaim the fragments and resist Jiang Liu’s control. Its power rises sharply whenever it absorbs a shard, allowing its Spirit Soul Consciousness to escape Jiang Liu’s Time-Space Rule prison before being isolated again. 1830 1835 1837

A later Chaos Space consciousness serves under Jiang Liu but secretly covets full control. It attacks during his breakthrough, attempts to sabotage him with stored energy, and is ultimately refined by Jiang Liu; its death stabilizes the fading white mist and ends its claim over the space. 2036 2039 2044

The Three Realms later begin moving toward one another under an unknown force, with Chaos Qi and inter-realm resonance reappearing before the independent Chaos Space is drawn into the process. Although the reunion restores the greater Chaos Space, the Human, Nether, Divine, and Chaos Core regions remain separated by light-barrier passages immediately afterward. This division prevents the Nether Realm’s Dark Primal Qi from immediately flooding the Chaos Core and harming its Human residents. 2312

After the Chaos Divine Hall returns, the reconstituted realm becomes the main base for the Human Race and its allied forces in the conflict against Void Creatures and extraterrestrial invaders. Appearance

Chaos Space is a vast and unusually solid independent realm rather than a conventional artifact. Its individual fragments contain complete landscapes and signs of prior habitation, while their borders and environments differ from one another. 1830 1840

• Dense white mist fills the Hun Yi/Chaos core region and is the space’s most distinctive feature. 1827 2029

The consciousness controlled by Jiang Liu initially remains submissive because of his mental brand, but later turns against him out of fear that his breakthrough will make it unnecessary. After the complete fusion, a new Chaos Heart consciousness forms. It instinctively resists Jiang Liu’s control but is subdued through the Beast Mastery Art and the Kun Qian Imprisonment Mark.
