The next morning, Kakashi and the others had already made all the preparations!
Today, Tazuna was planning to go to the bridge, and Kakashi, Sasuke, and Sakura, who had risen early, decided to accompany him and protect him!
As for Naruto, Narak glanced at the fellow sleeping soundly over there. Heh, he probably wouldn't hear it even if thunder were crashing outside!
"Then, Narak-kun, we'll be heading out first!"
Kakashi called out to Narak!
"Do you really not need me to come along?"
Narak asked casually!
"Ah, there's no need. Things have been fairly peaceful these past few days, so there shouldn't be any trouble, right?"
Kakashi scratched his head, though his tone sounded a little uncertain!
Seeing Kakashi refuse, Narak simply went along with it!
Although he knew Zabuza would attack the bridge today, they wouldn't be in any danger for a while. Since that was the case, Narak was more than happy to laze around here a little longer!
And so, Kakashi and the other three left the house and headed toward the bridge under construction!
Narak, meanwhile, sat inside the house, drinking tea and reading a book!
After a while, Naruto slowly woke up!
He rubbed his bleary eyes and saw that it was already broad daylight. Narak was sitting there, watching him!
"Ugh, Narak-nii, you're the only one here? Where are Kakashi-sensei and the others?"
"They went to the bridge to protect Mr. Tazuna!"
"Oh, they went to the bridge... What? They went to the bridge without me? Why didn't they wake me up?"
Upon hearing that Kakashi and the others had left him behind and gone to the bridge, Naruto shot up from the bed!
"I'm heading out too. By the way, Narak-nii, aren't you going?"
Naruto hurriedly put on his clothes, then came back
