After the battle ended, work resumed that same day. Narak, Kakashi, and the others waited in the village for the bridge to be completed!
Gato was dead, and Narak had slaughtered all of his men. There were no longer any obstacles to the bridge's construction!
The bridge had already been nearing completion. With the external obstacles removed, construction advanced at breakneck speed!
Just three days after the great battle, the bridge was completely finished!
Narak and the others said goodbye to the villagers and departed!
However, one other person went back with them—White!
Zabuza was buried atop a mountain beside the bridge. From there, one could look straight out over the newly built bridge. With the sea in front and mountains behind, it was an excellent burial site by any measure!
For the past few days, White had been guarding Zabuza's grave!
Then, on the day before Narak and the others were to leave, Narak went to invite White to come with them to Konoha!
White refused at first!
But Narak pretended to mutter to himself, "Even though he's dead, there might still be a chance to revive him!"
Those words immediately stirred White's thoughts into chaos, and she pressed Narak for an answer!
Narak said, "There are still many miraculous methods in this world. Maybe we can find a way to bring the dead back to life!"
White's heart was instantly moved. She thought Narak was talking about ninjutsu!
But in truth, Narak was talking about the items and abilities from other worlds that he obtained through his sign-ins!
As far as Narak knew, there were only two revival techniques in the Naruto world. One was the Samsara Heavenly Life technique performed through the Rinnegan, and the other was One's Own Life Reincarnation, performed by Granny Chiyo of Sunagakure!
