Although the Demon had now gone into hiding, no one could say how many "Victor Boxes" he had sold in Tobesk. For the sake of peaceful life in the city, Shade and the Doctor needed not only to kill Victor Fanni, but also to notify the Church to recover the boxes that had already been sold.
Iluna could handle that. Luvia had said that morning that she would tell Iluna, who was highly experienced in reporting all sorts of illegal and criminal activities.
Of course, there was no need to worry that the Church would defeat the Demon first. Only those who had personally received a trial from the "Keeper of Secrets" could complete it. Therefore, the Church could not obtain Glimmerstone by defeating the Demon, nor could Shade rely on the "Abyss Great Sin Potion" and the "Human Body Puzzle" to obtain Glimmerstone.
After the series of adventures last week, life this week seemed to have calmed down. At least, not much happened this Wednesday.

At four that afternoon, however, Shade received word from Dorothy that Princess Margaret had finished her diplomatic engagements and returned to Canary Manor, where she was staying.
So before dinner, Shade visited Canary Manor in Tobesk South District. As a friend of Princess Margaret, he was allowed into the estate and given the chance to speak with the Princess alone.
