"So, while the Relic Arrow's enemy effect sounds interesting, it can really only be used as a toy. Its origin is quite clear: an Alchemist of the Fourth Epoch made this Alchemy Item for his companion, and it later became a Relic. The appraisal fee is one pound. Shade asked as he took out his wallet.
"Around one hundred pounds."
"Hm? Didn't you say it was useless?"
Shade's hand paused as he reached for his wallet, and the old man explained:
"It's useless to Mid-Ring Arcanists, but still quite useful to Low-Ring Arcanists. Bullets are still very deadly to Ring Arcanists who have just entered the mystical world. This bracelet is equivalent to having one more chance. Since you don't like it, do you want to leave it with me to sell?"
