Contacting Mrs. Jude to help the children of Moon Bay Orphanage temporarily stay outside the city was not particularly troublesome. The Bloodkin lady was quite willing to help.
Shade even ran into Mr. Bernhardt again there. He was gathering the local Advanced Bloodkin for a meeting to discuss the final number of people who could take part in the war and how they would be arranged.
Shade did not interfere in the Bloodkin's internal affairs. He merely spoke with him about how they would rendezvous when the time came to prepare to summon that vampiric duke.
It was only after Shade returned to Belinder Manor and heard Miss Sylvia mention that Margaret would also be coming tonight that he remembered the box of documents.

"She" asked with a smile by Shade's ear, and so Shade sought out Leisha at the manor for help:
"There are some documents in here. Can you make a copy? Everyone is busy, so I won't ask the maids to copy them by hand."
Leisha, who had taken over Tifa's duties and was currently sparring with Emilia, nodded.
"Simple enough. The advanced Thaumaturgy of the basic spell Thought Writing, the Photocopying Technique, can do it. Dorothy and I have both mastered it. Angelina, come continue practicing swordsmanship with Emilia."
As she spoke, she stuffed Shade's Dragon Scale Sword into her younger sister's hands. Royal princesses had to train in horsemanship and swordsmanship, so their fundamentals were somewhat better than Emilia's.
