After lunch that day, Luvia wanted to take a nap, so she went home during the association's lunch break—she had previously slept in the resting room at the association.
After opening the door, she placed her dripping umbrella in the umbrella stand. Once she had closed the door, she raised an eyebrow at Shade, Dorothy, and Leisha's shoes on the shoe rack. By the time she reached the stairs, she could even hear the three of them from the landing decorated with copperplate prints.
Once she reached the 2nd floor, she was certain she had not misheard. After entering the living room of Room One and exchanging a glance with the cat sprawled across the sofa, she walked straight to the open bedroom door, leaned against the frame, and smiled at the three people inside.
"Why haven't you left yet? I thought you'd be on a cruise ship off Coldwater Port by now."
"Oh!"
Leisha answered between deep breaths, letting Dorothy take over for her first.
"Good morning, Luvia. Is it already noon? We'll head out this afternoon."
The Diviner with Purple Eyes shook her head helplessly.
"I should have guessed it would be like this. Carry on, then. Oh, do you need me to make lunch for you? It looks like you haven't eaten yet."
"No need!"
The three people in the room spoke almost at once. Shade thought it felt very strange, while Dorothy and Leisha felt that Luvia was mocking them. Naturally, they were right.
Thus, Luvia, who had originally come home to rest and take a nap, ended up having lunch with the three of them instead. After lunch, she really did go take a nap, with an hour left before work resumed that afternoon.
"When I open my eyes, will you still be at home?"
