Early Saturday morning, Shade had originally planned to head to Arcadia City after breakfast. But while washing up in the washroom, Ellie first came up the stairs with Emilia in light steps, followed shortly by Daniste.
The appearance of the white-haired Unicorn Young Lady always brought unconscious smiles to everyone's faces. Everyone liked her, and recently, the maids had even stocked plenty of apples in the kitchen cupboards specifically to entertain Ellie.
This way, counting the three ladies already at home and Shade, there were seven people gathered around the breakfast table that morning. However, Emilia and Ellie were both quite slender, so they only had to squeeze together and there was no need to add another table.
Shade sat at one end of the long dining table, with Galina at the other. Luvia and Daniste sat to Shade's left and right. As usual, Little Mia jumped onto the table, but before lying down beside Shade's hand, she gave Ellie a "Meow~" in greeting. Ellie happily waved back at Little Mia.
They seemed to be very good friends, which reminded Shade of Flora and Little Mia in Vesta Woodland. But after Flora removed the Time Curse and returned to being "human," Little Mia had stopped liking her quite so much.
While the maids, who had not expected so many people that morning, busily prepared breakfast, Shade recounted yesterday's experiences once more.
Emilia's eyes lit up upon hearing of the reappearance of the Blood Spirit School. The Little Elf, who had long wanted to join a new adventure, immediately became eager to try:
"Do you need my help, then? Arcadia City! The library there is very famous!"
"I think Shade does not need your help for the time being."
Daniste glanced at her, then said to Shade:
"The disappearance of the
