  • Navin Bessarius journeyed for over a month through the Dwarf Kingdom, Mill Valley, and Anzeta Corridor to reach Istaria City.
  • Navin marveled at the city’s rapid construction and recognized the bayonet rifles carried by its Tiefling Guards.
  • The Tiefling Guard captain identified Navin as the Kassand envoy and said the Emperor had foreseen his arrival and was waiting for him.
