After so much time had passed, with the signs so obvious, anyone could tell that something was wrong. Following a period of observation, the head of Dawn Harbor's observation department responsible for monitoring nearby Magic Beast movements confirmed that a powerful Magic Beast had appeared at the border of the Illusory Sun Beast Kingdom.
This Magic Beast had killed the Wing General who originally occupied the region, usurped its territory, and begun absorbing the surrounding Magic Beasts to build its own power.
