Hearing Andrew's words, Johnny felt both relieved and worried. He was relieved because his wife's soul had been recovered, and Mephisto could no longer threaten him with it.
As for his worry, he was afraid Wade might do something to his wife. After all, Wade had previously said his wife had a great figure. Who wouldn't worry in that situation?
At that moment, Wade appeared out of thin air, a sleeping soul floating above his palm. Pointing at Andrew with his other hand, he shouted, "Did everyone hear that? Mephisto is slandering me! He's slandering me!"
Everyone looked at Johnny's unclothed wife, their expressions somewhat strange. It seemed Mephisto had not slandered him.
"Wade!"
Johnny roared furiously. Wade blinked, turned to point at Mephisto, and shouted, "Did everyone see that? Mephisto is framing me! He's framing me!"
This really was not Wade's doing, nor was it Mephisto's. Clothing in soul form was formed from one's own Soul Power. Since Johnny's wife had fainted, she naturally had no clothes.
"Hurry up and put my wife's soul away. Stop putting her on display."
Johnny glared at Wade through gritted teeth, swearing inwardly that he would find a chance to beat Wade up. Of course, that was all he could do. Foreigners cared about this sort of thing, but not that much.
While everyone else had time to fool around, Mephisto was stunned. He cried out in disbelief, "How is this possible? Why was the soul I hid inside my body stolen by you?"
"Have you ever considered a question? Why did I disappear?"
Wade put away Johnny's wife's soul and said smugly, "The reason is simple. I hid inside your body. Of course, I was very careful, and you never noticed me.
"After that, I spent a long time searching before I
