Andrew said, "I'm planning to settle everything in one fell swoop—deal with Chthon, the Official Powers, the King of Negativity, and the Coastline Rescue Team once and for all.
"Chthon and the others think the Six Great Powers are united. What they don't know is that four of those powers are on our side. When the time comes, we'll turn on them and join the Sea Goddess's followers in attacking Chthon and the King of Negativity.
"Besides, the Sea Goddess is incredibly popular in Miami, and we have righteousness on our side. Plenty of people in the Official Powers and the Coastline Rescue Team should abandon the darkness and join us."
Although he had yet to win over the other two powers, that was no great problem. Once he was done with Duke, Andrew would deal with them. As long as they weren't stupid, they would certainly side with him.
