The Manifestation Realm is reached after a martial artist has condensed Martial Arts True Essence. Its practitioners temper their qi, body, and intent to an extreme level, touch the laws of heaven and earth, and condense a Martial Dao Phenomenon. Completing these steps produces a Manifestation Realm warrior 51.

• Manifestation Realm cultivators can perceive and wield the laws of heaven and earth, granting them combat power described as nearly divine 51.
• The realm permits comprehension of numerous laws, including Yin-Yang, the Five Elements, life and death, reincarnation, ice, fire, water, and space 128 143.
• Manifestation Realm cultivators possess exceptionally sharp senses; Gongsun Chi and Huiyuan detected concealed killing intent through their perception of laws 119.
• A practitioner’s mastery of laws can be expanded through cultivation. After entering the realm through the Dragon Transformation Law, Li Yuan could also touch the Water Law 133.

Advancement Requirements

A cultivator must first open all hundred meridians, establish ceaseless True Qi circulation, and liquefy True Qi into Martial Arts True Essence to reach the True Essence Realm—the direct predecessor of Manifestation 51.

The transition itself is notoriously difficult because laws are hard to comprehend. Many True Essence Realm cultivators never gain a true understanding of laws during their lifetimes 127.

Manifestation Realm techniques remain valuable even to Mystic Realm cultivators: Li Yuan used them as foundations to develop new divine abilities and potentially elevate techniques toward the Mystic Realm 194.

Historical Significance

At the time Li Yuan learned of the realm, the Xiang Kingdom possessed neither a Manifestation Realm cultivation method nor any Manifestation Realm martial artist. Its lack of such experts left it at a disadvantage against Evil Creatures and prevented gifted True Essence Realm cultivators from advancing further 96 127.

Li Yuan and Xu Zhe obtained Fish-Dragon Transformation and the incomplete Sacrifice Life from the Ghost Mother’s lair, ending the Xiang Kingdom’s long shortage of Manifestation Realm techniques 127. Li Yuan subsequently completed the third Dragon Gate crossing and became the Xiang Kingdom’s first documented Manifestation Realm martial artist 133 142.

Manifestation Realm experts can determine a kingdom’s security and prosperity. Gongsun Chi’s presence is credited with protecting the Li Kingdom, while Xiang Kingdom’s leaders regarded Li Yuan’s breakthrough as a major strategic turning point 142.
