Outsider Demons retain immense demonic bodies regardless of cultivation. Unlike ordinary demons, they cannot refine themselves into human form; even their strongest members remain visibly nonhuman. History

Appearance in the Firefly Realm

Several Outsider Demons ambushed the Void King after he discovered the deaths of three Mystic Realm cultivators from the Floating World Society. The attackers included a golden-furred ape, a one-legged green ox, and a feathered serpent; their sudden assault confirmed the race’s involvement in the struggle over the Demon’s revival. 207 208

The race sought the Demon’s power because it could alter reality and illusion—and, more importantly to them, potentially change the Outsider Demon physique so they could escape their inability to assume human form. 223

The Abyssal Serpent descended during the battle for the Demon and used Devour Heaven Eat Earth, placing the Firefly Realm itself in danger. Its attack shattered the Demon’s domain and accelerated the realm’s collapse. 223 224

Enmity with Li Yuan

After the Firefly Realm disaster, Li Yuan vowed to slaughter all Outsider Demons. The race circulated orders to locate and kill him, considering him a dangerous world savior who could become a major threat if left alive. 251

Li Yuan later secretly killed Bone Ao and all accompanying Outsider Demons, leaving no survivors to identify him. 282 He subsequently lured the Abyssal Serpent into isolation and killed it together with its dozens of World King Realm subordinates. 285 286

The consecutive deaths of Bone Ao and the Abyssal Serpent provoked a race-wide hunt for their unknown killer. Ancestor-level demons pursued Li Yuan across the starry sky, though they could not match his speed. 286 288 294

Black Abyss Ancient Battlefield

Seven Ancestor-level Outsider Demons attempted to intercept Li Yuan at the Black Abyss Ancient Battlefield, believing he sought Fu Qi’s Supreme Domain inheritance. 296

They formed a Demon God with the Heavenly Demon God Slaying Method and briefly resisted Li Yuan’s Ploughing Hell of Thunder, but the combined manifestation began to crack under his assault. Li Yuan forced them back before entering the battlefield. 296

Decline of the Race

Li Yuan later killed five Ancestor-level Outsider Demons in a single confrontation after returning to the Azure Orchid Ancient Realm. His earlier victories over Bone Ao and the Abyssal Serpent were also exposed, confirming him as the race’s principal enemy. 313 315

With seven Ancestor-level beings dead and Corpse Kun defeated, only three Ancestor-level Outsider Demons were reported to remain alive. Their former victims began hunting them for revenge and for the valuable materials in their bodies. 316

Collapse of the Barbaric Domain

The Barbaric Domain, the ancestral land of the Outsider Demons, became engulfed in a forbidden aura originating from Corpse Kun. 319 323

Corpse Kun went mad and began devouring the lifespans of demon races throughout the domain. As safe zones dwindled, Outsider Demons and other demon races fought each other for survival; most either vanished, succumbed to the forbidden aura, or were trapped within the domain. 323
