It was Ryuzaki Mom, whom he hadn't seen in quite a while.
As a visitor from another world, a strange fusion, and now a player, Ryuzaki Mom was practically a child of destiny. She had recently been hired by the Bureau as a special consultant and had spent the past while at headquarters. He had no idea what she was up to.
"Mom-senpai, long time no see." Amamiya Natsuki raised his right hand in greeting and said warmly, "I've missed you a little."

Ryuzaki Mom immediately took half a step back. Her pretty face flushed faintly, and a small canine peeked out as she grumbled:
"Scumbag Natsuki! Don't say creepy things like that!"
"But I'm telling the truth." Amamiya Natsuki looked innocent. "It feels like ages since I last saw you, Mom-senpai. That was back when we left the instance."
"Hmph." Ryuzaki Mom gave a soft snort. "It's only been a few days. How is that ages... Anyway, what are you doing at headquarters so early in the morning? Did Tsubame come?"
"Tsubame-senpai didn't come..."
Amamiya Natsuki and Ryuzaki Mom walked over to a corner, where he briefly explained how he had gotten in touch with the Task Force.
Miss Mitsui had told him it would be best to keep things confidential and not share the information, but given how important Amamiya Natsuki was now, it wouldn't be a problem even if he told someone else.
As he spoke, Amamiya Natsuki looked Ryuzaki Mom up and down.
"Scumbag Natsuki, why do you keep staring at me?"
Ryuzaki Mom took half a step back, her back against the wall, and glared at him in embarrassment.
