The listless girl's pretty face quickly flushed red, and she couldn't help shouting:

"Mom, what are you saying?!"

"Huh?" Miko's mother tilted her head. "Did Miko not hear me? Then I'll say it again..."

"That's enough, you don't need to say it again!" Miko's ears turned pink, and she hurriedly said, "Mom, go check on the food before it burns!"

Miko gritted her teeth.

"And you didn't tell me Auntie was home."
