Amamiya Natsuki sighed helplessly, closed the door, and went back to resting.
In the blink of an eye, it was seven thirty in the morning.
Breakfast time.
"Senpai, thanks for your help this morning." Fujiwara Moeha vented over breakfast in the dining room. "My sister didn't say a word. She didn't even take her phone—she just ran off to the beach to watch the sunrise. I was so scared! Senpai, don't you think that was too much?"
"It was way too much." Amamiya Natsuki took Moeha's side, looked at Chika, and said with complete seriousness, "Next time you go to the beach to watch the sunrise, remember to bring your phone so Moeha doesn't worry."
Fujiwara Chika puffed out her cheeks, clenched her little fists, and smiled.
"Don't worry, President. There won't be a next time."
"Oh, Chika-chan went to the beach to watch the sunrise this morning?" A sweet, cheerful voice suddenly sounded beside them. With her hands behind her back, Yukinoshita Haruno had somehow sidled over. She smiled and said, "What a coincidence. I went to the beach to watch the sunrise this morning, too."
"Huh?!"
Fujiwara Chika's heart leapt into her throat.
She hadn't gone to the beach at all that morning. Was she about to be found out?
Yukinoshita Haruno smiled.
"If I'd known you were going, Chika-chan, we could've gone together. It's so boring by yourself."
"Ahem..." Fujiwara Chika cleared her throat twice.
