Lu Cang found Earth and his parents transformed into slimes, then fought Lomo as the Primordial Sea threatened the world. After the White destroyed the Secret Sea and Lu Cang died, he returned to the ruins and resumed his life, preparing to advance his alchemy and other classes.

• Lu Cang recognized Earth, found his parents as slimes, and discovered that people across the planet had been transformed into monsters through a ritual connected to the Tree of Wisdom.
• Lomo confronted Lu Cang and Kumiloni, claiming the transformed people were research subjects, and Lu Cang battled him through the Sea Abyss with Holy Flame and repeated attacks.
• Roa helped Lu Cang locate Lomo until Lomo's Death Date reached zero, but Atracimo then killed Lomo and took over his research.
• The Primordial Sea began destroying living things, so Lu Cang activated the Pure White Descent Ritual and summoned the White, which destroyed the Primordial Sea and killed Lu Cang along with all life in the Secret Sea.
• Lu Cang awoke in the ancient ruins beside Yelia and Lein with his levels and belongings restored, then returned home and learned that Leng Qingying had entered an Aegimiss portal.
• Lu Cang reunited with Leng Qingying, told her and Luluwei about his experiences, and later dreamed of Bai, who showed him the True White Descent Ritual before he woke on April 2.
• Lu Cang gave his slime parents a potion that awakened their intelligence, studied magic and potions, and began a Promotion Ritual that raised him to Level 3 Alchemist.

Lu Cang traveled to Moonfall Island, where Luluwei’s spiritual corruption drew him into the Deep Earth and exposed the danger of the Foul Source Nest. After killing Luluwei’s corrupted body, he was trapped in a shifting domain that turned his loved ones against him.

• Lu Cang gained poison immunity and new Blacksmith and Enchanter classes, then used his skills to forge and enchant powerful equipment.
• Lu Cang parted from Yuna, traveled to Moonfall Island with Leng Qingying and Luluwei, and found Luluwei attacking people at the harbor under the influence of spiritual pollution.
• Lu Cang entered Luluwei’s sea of consciousness, followed a forbidden call through a rift, and found himself in an unreal version of Earth during Future Simulation.
• Lu Cang learned that the rifts led to the Deep Earth, where unreal worlds appeared, and Ansu warned that Luluwei’s spirit had entered it and could not be saved.
• Lu Cang used Secret Origin to uncover the Black Secret book’s connection to the Deep Earth and Foul Source Nest, then killed Luluwei’s corrupted body despite Leng Qingying’s attack.
• A gigantic pupil summoned a soulless Luluwei and sent Foul Worms toward Moonfall Island, while Lu Cang poisoned the sea and attacked the creature.
• The pupil trapped Lu Cang in a domain where visions of his parents accused him of killing them, before the scene shifted to Leng Qingying’s kidnapping and she thrust a blade toward his neck.

Lu Cang escaped Deep Earth's delusion, passed Lotie's trials, and gained the power to travel between Deep Earth and the real world. After rescuing Luluwei and unleashing a series of dungeons on Moonfall Island, he left with Leng Qingying and Luluwei for the Land of Seeing the Moon.

• Lu Cang resisted Ansu's mind attack, recovered his memories of Deep Earth, and met Xin Qianhuan, who guided him to the True Stone and Lotie.
• Lotie asked Lu Cang to help her compete for the May Moon Star position, and he passed her trials by disrupting Aertemi's Ten Thousand Skins Sacrifice.
• Lu Cang defeated the four Skin Stealers, and Lotie named him Deep Earth's next heir, granting him the ability to travel in and out of Deep Earth.
• Lotie taught Lu Cang mental defenses and forbidden arts, and he removed the false consciousness from Luluwei's mind before bringing her back to the real world.
• Lu Cang discovered that belief and observation could shape reality, tested the effect, and placed Black Secret in the Dark Church's Forbidden Hall.

Lu Cang advanced as a Decipherer, hunted the secrets of the Valley of Emptiness, and entered the ruins to claim forbidden magic. After confronting Izpalut and obtaining Element, he reached the Gate of Closed Time, where its warning hinted that opening it could unleash a disaster.

• Lu Cang explored the White Tower, obtained an enchantment for the Abyss of Falling, and took Inda’s Book of Answers after Inda’s suicide.
• Lu Cang advanced to Level 6 Decipherer, but discovered that Lotie’s influence had planted thoughts in his mind and left him uncertain about his own actions.
• Lu Cang studied expedition records with Euynri, prepared for the time-related ruins, and entered the Time’s Long Corridor alone.
• Lu Cang solved the corridor’s clock puzzle and encountered Izpalut, who accused him of causing future disasters and tried to stop him.
• Lu Cang extracted Historical Extraction and Element from Izpalut, escaping with Ansu after Ansu protected him from Izpalut’s attacks.
• Lu Cang replenished Ansu’s souls, then returned to the ruins and found a shining door beyond a series of time resets.
• Lu Cang identified the door as Ekhatol’s Gate of Closed Time and deciphered its warning that it imprisoned a forbidden moment.
