Lu Cang uncovered the prophecy that the Secret Sea would be destroyed and gathered knowledge, allies, and escape plans while pursuing the Source and advancing his classes. He reached Level 5 Decipherer and Level 2 Prophet, with his new talent concealing him from the Foul Source Nest and preventing corruption from taking hold.

• Lu Cang mastered several Origin Magics, encouraged Xuzhou to keep pursuing the Source, and learned An Zheng’s Origin Magic before An Zheng gave him his legacy and warned him about Izpalut’s path to Level 9.
• Lu Cang became a Prophet, used Future Simulation to discover Loren’s doomsday prophecy, and learned that Doom would destroy the Secret Sea on April 1, 5026.
• Lu Cang investigated Tengge and learned from Teng Gai that Lord Rien had foreseen Doom destroying the Secret Sea, then used further simulations to prepare for the catastrophe and gather resources across Zhuoyu.
• Lu Cang killed Qiong Ye, claimed the Death Inheritance and his identity token, and looted treasures from the churches before warning the Life Church leaders that the Secret Sea would be destroyed.
• Lu Cang worked with Izpalut, Hun Mu, Jie Zhu, and Fizer to develop a continent-spanning random teleportation spell, while Izpalut and the churches made preparations to evacuate or protect survivors.
• Lu Cang explored the Secret Sea with Luluwei, found the Gate of Enlightenment and a passage to the Realm of Secret Knowledge, and glimpsed the Source in a future simulation.

Lu Cang killed Sheng Yi by luring him into a false reincarnation trial, then entered a ruin where a chaotic carnival sent him and others to hunt monsters across different lands. He left the stretch in second place on the carnival leaderboard while collecting rare rewards.

• Lu Cang and Iz teleported the Ruin Continent to the Moon Sea, where Iz defeated An Zheng and Lu Cang began exploring the region.
• Lu Cang discovered Sheng Yi’s connection to Reincarnation and plotted with Leng Qingying and Luluwei to kill him, eventually luring him into a Tier 7 dungeon trial and raising him as an undead.
• Lu Cang ventured into the Tree Sea, destroyed the Pure Whitening Tree, and prepared to face threats from Yelia and the Church of Light.
• Lu Cang joined Yelia, Rhein, and Leite in an ancient ruin, where they encountered portals linked to the Month of Chaos and Madness.
• After rehearsing the Eternal Life Stairway and learning of its guardian Leisi, Lu Cang returned to warn the others not to enter its door.
• Lu Cang, Yelia, and Rhein entered Aegimiss’s carnival, where Rhein began a three-day monster-hunting trial on Longle Continent.
• Lu Cang entered a portal to the Land of Original White, cleared monsters with the Pure Whitening Tree, gained rare rewards, and climbed to second place on the leaderboard.

Lu Cang dominated the carnival, bound Ansu as his servant, and proved his strength against the gathered legacy successors. In Aegimiss’s historical disaster trial, he advanced his Warrior and Mage classes and began protecting a Blood Race alchemist from a Golden Dragon.

• Lu Cang used the Pure Whitening Tree to earn hundreds of millions of points, then completed his Death Priest advancement while restraining Ansu and binding him to a ten-thousand-year contract or until Lu Cang reached Level 9.
• Aegimiss awarded Lu Cang a Creator class scroll, then opened challenges in which Rhine surrendered his points to Xie Chen and Yelia defeated Xie Chen and Pei Dong.
• Lu Cang defeated Adelare with ice and elemental magic, fought Lida with thunder, and demonstrated Myriad Forms Transformation by turning elements into unusual substances.
• Lu Cang defeated the Skin Stealer, watched other contenders fight, and entered Aegimiss’s second act, a trial to change the course of simulated history.
• Lu Cang advanced his Warrior and Mage classes to level 5, gaining new masteries and the God-Tier talent Lighthouse of Myriad Laws after battling the Source.
• Lu Cang followed a divination clue to a Blood Race alchemist developing a potion that could give monsters humanlike intelligence, then confronted the golden-eyed man trying to kill him.
• Lu Cang defended the alchemist’s castle from a Golden Dragon by raising protective barriers, then summoned the Void Ring Star Battle Spear to face it.

Lu Cang defeated and subdued Herbercio, then learned alchemy before the trial ended and sent him and the others into the Secret Sea. As a catastrophic sea invasion began, Lu Cang descended with Kumiloni toward a call that might lead to Earth, preparing Pure White Descent rituals along the way.

• Lu Cang defeated Herbercio in a prolonged physical battle, forced the Golden Dragon to submit, and returned to the ruined city, where he questioned Eukrin about his monster-intelligence potion research.
• Lu Cang exchanged the Elixir of Immortality formula for Eukrinri’s potion recipes and alchemical knowledge, created a perfected potion that gave Eukrin the Moon Star’s Combat Intent, and advanced to Level 2 Alchemist.
• Lu Cang trained, brewed potions, and refined his combat styles until Aegimiss ended the simulation and summoned him and the other survivors to the third stage in the Secret Sea.
• Lu Cang drew three cards showing the White of Death and Destruction and began preparing a Pure White Descent Ritual, but Yelia confronted him and Kumiloni, so he sealed Yelia and took her divine artifact.
• The Secret Sea’s seal broke and its waters surged with monsters as the Lord of the Ocean threatened to devour every sea, and Lu Cang chose to investigate the call from the depths instead of activating the ritual.
• Lu Cang and Kumiloni descended through the Secret Sea, fighting monsters and overcoming the Tier 7 Parasitic Sea, while Lu Cang sensed a colossal presence ahead.
• Lu Cang learned that he and Kumiloni had reached the Sea Abyss and traveled past barren planets toward Earth, but he saw no Solar System and began doubting that the dark expanse was his home.
