Xuan Qing watched the Three Tribes’ war escalate into the Dao-Demon War while strengthening his hidden Dao and intervening to preserve the Western Continent’s ancestral spirit. Luohu’s defeat left Xuan Qing carrying part of the war’s Karma, and Kunwu agreed to follow him.

• Zu Long allied with Ancestor Phoenix, but Luohu’s impersonation of Ao Tian turned the ceremony into an attack that shattered the alliance and wounded Ancestor Phoenix.
• The Dragon, Phoenix, and Kirin Clans fought across the Prehistoric Era as Xuan Qing cultivated his Immeasurable Dao and used a Ruyi Cudgel to suppress the East Sea’s Sea Eye.
• Ya Zi and Suan Ni’s feud with the Kirin Clan helped reignite the war, which ended only after the Three Tribes recognized their destruction and sacrificed themselves to repair the land.
• Hongjun gathered allies to confront Luohu, while Xuan Qing secretly rescued the Western Continent’s Spirit of the Ancestral Vein from Mount Sumeru.
• After a thousand Kalpas, Hongjun led the Myriad Spirits against Luohu, and the ten-thousand-year battle devastated the Prehistoric Era before Hongjun confronted Luohu in the Immortal Slaying Sword Formation.
• Luohu killed Qian Kun and Yin Yang, but Hongjun and his allies broke the formation and fought him until Luohu destroyed the Western Continent’s earth veins.
• Luohu merged into the Heavenly Dao Origin and made Xuan Qing a bearer of his Karma, but Xuan Qing repeatedly killed him until Luohu fled into a newly opened world.
• Xuan Qing told Kunwu he would need to repay his Karma over time, and agreed to find him work in the next great age.

Xuan Qing shaped the inheritance of the Azure Nether Sea Domain while the Three Pure Ones, Nuwa, Fuxi, and other powerful beings took form and pursued their paths. The arc ended with Nuwa and Fuxi beginning their training under Xuan Qing’s household as signs of a new age emerged.

• Xuan Qing traded the Spirit of the Ancestral Vein of the West to Hongjun for the Qiankun Cauldron and left the devastated Western Continent with Kunwu.
• After refining the God-Slaying Spear and destroying a passage of Destruction Laws, Xuan Qing confronted Luohu and learned that Chaos Demon Gods had asked Luohu to eliminate the Prehistoric Era’s great powers.
• Xuan Qing created five Transformation Inheritance Steles, and beings across the Prehistoric Era discovered their teachings as the Three Pure Ones and other great figures took form.
• Xuan Qing brought Han Xi to Zhou Mountain, where both received axe-light imprints and entered Enlightenment, while the Three Pure Ones later claimed the treasures formed from the Green Lotus of Creation.
• Xuan Qing took Nuwa as his disciple, removed the Karma Fire Red Lotus from the Blood Sea, and left Ming He behind when he confronted them over it.
• Di Jun and Tai Yi joined forces with Bai Ze and his allies against the Ancestral Witches, then formed the first rudiments of the Demon Clan as Nuwa and Fuxi traveled to the Azure Nether Sea Domain.
• Xuan Qing told Nuwa and Fuxi that the Prehistoric Era had reached its tenth Measure Tribulation and revealed that his realm surpassed Grand Luo Golden Immortal.
• Xuan Qing assigned Nuwa to learn spiritual-root cultivation from Qing Ya and sent Fuxi to train under Han Xi, who put him through the Great Yin-Yang Millstone’s trial.

Xuan Qing broke through to the Primordial Grand Luo Golden Immortal realm and guided Nuwa away from Hongjun’s cultivation method, while Di Jun and Fuxi built the Demon Clan. The arc ended with Di Jun’s forces discovering the Heavenly Court at Zhou Mountain and claiming it as their home.

• Gu Diao and his beasts attacked Hong Yun and Zhen Yuanzi for the Earth Book, but Zhen Yuanzi captured Gu Diao and learned that his mysterious lord wanted it to complete a scroll.
• Xuan Qing completed his breakthrough after forty-nine Kalpas, fought Shichen, Destiny, and Karma in the River of Time and Space, and returned to Azure Nether Island.
• Hongjun taught the Quasi-Saint path and the Three Corpses method at his second sermon, then appointed East King Duke and Queen Mother of the West as leaders of male and female immortals.
• Xuan Qing told Nuwa that Hongjun’s Three Corpses method did not suit her and urged her to follow the Human Dao and the Law of Creation instead.
• Di Jun and Tai Yi formed the Demon Court with Fuxi as Emperor Xi, while Fuxi and Tai Yi recruited Star Gods and other members for the Demon Clan.
• Fuxi used the River Diagram and Luo Script to find an opportunity at Zhou Mountain, suffered a Dao Injury, and later recovered to find the Star Gods serving him as Emperor Xi.
• Di Jun led the Demon Clan to Zhou Mountain, where Tai Yi opened the Sky Dome with the Chaos Bell and the demons discovered the South Heaven Gate and claimed the Heavenly Court.

Di Jun established the Demon Clan’s power as East King Duke founded the Immortal Court, while Xuan Qing taught a new path to the Dao. At Hongjun’s third sermon, Xuan Qing challenged the path to sainthood and revealed his alternative, before the gathered powers competed for treasures as Hongjun prepared to merge with the Dao.

• Di Jun founded the Demon Clan and held a Heavenly Court banquet, while East King Duke founded the Immortal Court and claimed Penglai Island as its headquarters.
• Nuwa and her companions explored the Three Immortal Islands, where Nuwa secured Yingzhou Island and Di Jun’s forces took control of Mount Fangzhang.
• Nuwa gave Xuan Qing the World-Purifying White Lotus and other treasures, and Xuan Qing began teaching Severing the Three Bodies on Azure Nether Island.
• At the Heavenly Court banquet, East King Duke attended, Nuwa backed Fuxi, and the Twelve Ancestral Witches warned Di Jun to leave Zhou Mountain.
• After demons attacked Qing Qiu, Di Jun led the Demon Clan against the Fox Clan and the Twelve Ancestral Witches, but the Witch-Demon battle ended when Hongjun summoned the great powers to his third sermon.
• Hongjun chose the Three Pure Ones, Nuwa, Zhunti, and Jieyin as disciples and granted them treasures and Primordial Violet Qi, but Xuan Qing challenged Hongjun’s plan for Nuwa and criticized Severing the Three Corpses.
• Xuan Qing presented an alternative Dao-Proving Method and advised Houtu to follow the path of laws, while Hongjun taught his own method and Zhen Yuanzi became the first to practice it successfully.
• Hongjun revealed Luohu’s survival, released the final Primordial Violet Qi to Hong Yun, announced his intention to merge with the Dao, and sent the great powers to gather treasures from the Many-Treasure Rock.
