Boom!

The violent impact caused the entire building to bounce violently upwards, and this single impact left the building riddled with cracks, turning it into a completely dangerous structure.

Superman lay in the rubble at the bottom of the building, completely dazed from the impact.

The impact of crashing into a building is indeed very strong, but it's not something Superman can't withstand.

What truly baffled Superman was how things had turned out this way.

He shook his head, and finally remembered.

It was he who, out of pity, was manipulated by the now-intelligent Doomsday. In order to evacuate the crowd, he allowed Doomsday to devour an entire warehouse of frozen pork.

The body, which was originally skeletal, underwent a second development. Internal organs grew out, muscles swelled up, and even skin that was not there before appeared, and it was skin covered with scales.

But with hundreds of thousands of people gathered in Gotham City, evacuation is no easy task.

Evacuating more than 100,000 people is a massive undertaking that requires strong organizational and coordination capabilities, prior training, and ample time.

It will take at least several hours.

When Shazo was about to Doomsday, Superman and Batman stood in front of Shazo and the Kryptonian, preventing them from attacking Doomsday.

Superman said, "Mr. Shazo, there are too many people here. If you fight Doomsday, it will cause a tragedy."

Batman also said, "Using frozen pork to hold Doomsday is the cheapest way."

What did Shazo say at the time?

Superman suddenly remembered, Shazo said, "You two are smart people, didn't you realize that Doomsday would become stronger by eating meat?"

"Don't you really realize that by allowing it to grow stronger now, you are condoning evil and nurturing it, which will cause even greater and more terrible casualties in the near future?"

Shazo's question was unanswerable, and both Superman and Batman fell silent.

They weren't unaware of this, but right before their eyes, hundreds of thousands of people were fleeing, the crowds converging into a massive surge of people flowing outwards.

If we were to fight Doomsday now, the aftershocks of the battle could easily cause hundreds, thousands, or even tens of thousands of casualties.

Superman couldn't do it at all, and Batman couldn't make up his mind either.

If the madman Shazo can do it, Krypton Faora and Apollo can do it even more.

Even Kong and Wonder Woman agreed with Shazo's idea.

But Superman and Batman stood up to stop them. The two Superhero were naturally unwilling to be their enemies, and Shazo was happy to shirk responsibility.

Superman could only smile wryly. He had thought stopping everyone was a success, but things were developing in the direction Shazo had predicted.

Doomsday devoured all the food in the cold storage, its power greatly increased. It immediately rushed out of the building and plunged into the crowd, wreaking havoc.

When they saw Doomsday grab people and shove them into its massive mouth to bite them, Superman and Batman went insane.

They could endure eating Doomsday to become stronger for the sake of evacuating the crowd, but they could never tolerate the Doomsday eating living people.

Even when Doomsday was surrounded by crowds, Batman and Superman launched an attack.

Just as Superman said, even the aftershocks of their battle could be deadly.

Even though Superman endured Doomsday's attack and tried to push it out of the crowd as gently as possible, the shockwave still left a bloody trench behind Superman.

Even more critically, Superman Batman's actions made Doomsday realize that crowds were their weakness.

So, given the slightest opening, Doomsday will charge into the crowd, wreaking havoc and cannibalizing people.

Taking advantage of Superman's self-imposed limitations, Doomsday repeatedly knocked Superman away and slammed him into the building next to the street.

Then it continued to chase the crowd, enjoying a succulent feast of flesh and blood.

Batman quickly abandoned his attack; it was completely ineffective against Doomsday.

He approached Shazo, who had stood by and watched, and demanded, "Why didn't you stop Doomsday?"

Then he received a slap in the face from Shazo, and a contemptuous look. "You stopped me before, so what right do you have to question me now?"

Shazo pointed at Doomsday, who was happily playing in the crowd, and asked sarcastically, "In this situation, if I punch Doomsday, hundreds of people will be killed before Doomsday is even injured. Won't you blame me for not knowing how to restrain myself?"

Batman shook his head and said, "How could I—"

Shazo snorted coldly, "You didn't say that half an hour ago."

"Batman, this isn't the first time you've gone back on your word. You have no credibility with me anymore."

"Just wait, once most of the people are dead, we'll make our move."

Boom!

Superman once again charged into Doomsday's chest and abdomen, carrying it away from the crowd at incredible speed, leaving behind a group of people blown up by the shockwave.

The cries of the people were so loud that they could be faintly heard from two kilometers away, and Batman could even vaguely hear various curses.

Shazo laughed loudly, "Look, even though Superman saved their lives, they still curse Superman. Do you think I would do such a thankless and stupid thing?"

"Look over there again. We're not the only ones not making a move right now; Kong and Wonder Woman haven't done it either."

Following Shazo's finger, Batman indeed saw Kong and Wonder Woman on the rooftop of another building.

Just as he was gritting his teeth, Shazo gave him another big shove on the back of the head.

He coldly said to Batman, who was knocked to the ground, "Calm down your feverish mind before you speak."

Batman got up from the ground, and miraculously regained his composure.

He bowed his head to Shazo and sincerely apologized, "I'm sorry, it was my fault before."

Shazo asked, "What do you think we should do now?"

Batman replied, "Wait, wait for Doomsday to completely digest the last bit of Luthor, then deliver the fatal blow with the Kryptonite Spear."

Shazo snorted coldly, "You're the cool and ruthless Batman now. What was wrong with you before?"

Batman didn't explain, but apologized again. "I'm sorry for the trouble I've caused you and everyone else. I promise this won't happen again."

Shazo nodded. "I'm willing to believe what you say."

"Just wait, the final union of Doomsday and Luthor is just around the corner."

Batman asked, "Shouldn't we call Superman back?"

Shazo shook his head and said, "Superman is different from you. He's a sensitive and kind Superhero."

Even if we call him back, he can't just sit here and watch Doomsday kill and eat people. Even knowing he'll be misunderstood and insulted, he won't stop his efforts to save lives.

"He's just a good person; he wasn't strong enough or meticulous enough before."

Shazo sighed, "Being a good person is much harder than being a bad person like me. Superman not only needs Steel Body, but also an even stronger Ironheart."

"A true Superman should follow his own heart, ignore all interference from public opinion and evaluation, and carry out his good deeds."

"Like a true Gods."

"Batman, look, Superman's face is no longer filled with unease; his eyes are now only filled with determination."

Batman:".

He was a full two kilometers away from Superman, how could he possibly see Superman's eyes?

Faora scoffed, "Mr. Shazo is right. Only now does Kal-El deserve his power."

Apollo nodded in agreement, saying, "I don't feel so bad about losing to such a determined and powerful warrior."

Suddenly, Shazo, Faora, and Apollo simultaneously reached out and removed the sheaths from the spearheads, unleashing a burst of green radiation that illuminated the entire rooftop in a glowing green.

Shazo saw that the small, boil-like bump on Doomsday's neck had been swallowed up and replaced by a dark green scale.

"Time is up!"

Shazo threw the sheath of the spearhead onto the roof and soared into the sky like Rocket.

"Kill!!"

Faora charged ahead, spear in hand, towards Doomsday.

"Kill!"

Apollo was tall and imposing; his spear was like a rapier in his hand, and he even twirled it as he flew out.

When Doomsday tried to return to the crowd, Superman intercepted it halfway and delivered a heavy punch to its chest, shattering dozens of its scales.

However, the shattering of the scales also depleted Superman's power. Doomsday was not harmed. It reached out and grabbed Superman's body, then threw Superman into the nearby building again.

After turning around, Doomsday discovered that his arm had been frozen in ice by Superman's icy breath in a mere instant.

"Hooohoo--!"

Doomsday slammed its hands together frantically, shattering the ice into pieces, but also creating jagged cracks on its arms.

The intense pain caused Doomsday to roar once more.

Faora seized the opportunity precisely, crashing through the curtain wall of the adjacent building and plunging the Kryptonite Spear, gleaming with green light, into Doomsday's chest.

The power that Faora unleashed was so immense that the Kryptonite Spear even pierced through Doomsday's back.

Doomsday's roar abruptly ceased, and it lowered its head, staring at Faora in disbelief.

At the same time, its eyes on the back of its head saw Apollo rushing towards it at top speed, and also saw the Kryptonite Spear in the big Kryptonian's hand.

Before Doomsday could react, Faora pulled a second Kryptonite Spear from behind her back and lashed it hard at Doomsday's cracked hands.

The two frozen, enormous arms turned into Shattering ice shards. Apollo used his own body as cover, and when he opened Doomsday's other two arms, he plunged the Kryptonite Spear deep into its chest and abdomen.

Faora gave Doomsday no chance to breathe, plunging her second spear between Doomsday's two main eyes.

Just then, a golden streak of light swooped down from the sky as Shazo thrust his Kryptonite Spear into Doomsday's skull with all his might.

With the speed and aura boost from the high-speed dive, the entire Kryptonite Spear plunged into Doomsday's body, piercing through all of its vertebrae.

Four large pieces of Kryptonite were inserted into its body, and the intense Kryptonite radiation destroyed Doomsday at the cellular level, causing it to begin to dissolve like a snowman under the sun.

Scales, muscles, skin, and even bone spurs growing out of the body melted into a multicolored liquid, dripping onto the shattered street.

Apollo excitedly pumped his fist. "Success!"

Faora took a deep breath, suppressing the stinging in her eyes and nose, before saying, "This time, let's bury Zod in the Moonlit Spring."

Shazo agreed, "Okay."

Superman flew out of the Shattering building, looked at the melting Doomsday on the ground, and let out a long sigh of relief.

He said to Shazo, "I'm sorry! And—thank you!"

Wonder Woman and Kong also arrived, making the two of them even more embarrassed.

If they hadn't intervened without understanding the situation, perhaps Shazo could have killed Doomsday in that original open space, just like he did.

Batman arrived as well. He looked at the melting Doomsday, then at the surrounding buildings that were either collapsed or teetering on the brink of collapse, and the human corpses scattered across the commons. He sighed deeply.

If he hadn't let his judgment be clouded by wealth and the lives of a few, he wouldn't have suffered such a great loss, and so many people wouldn't have died.

These buildings were all built with his money, and the vast majority of the corpses here were employees of his Wayne Group.

This wasn't actually the result of Shazo's deliberate manipulation; rather, this newly built CBD has the highest population density, with over 10% of Gotham's population residing here.

Such a high population density, far exceeding the animal density of suburban Farm, naturally attracted seven animals that needed to replenish their protein Doomsday.

However, just as everyone relaxed, Doomsday, which was melting, suddenly let out a howl. It had actually resurrected! Doomsday resurrected with the Kryptonite spear still stuck in its body!

Everyone was stunned.

The most surprised was Shazo, who was completely Doomsday by Ya Gen's Kryptonite Spear in the story. "What? He can be resurrected after eating the four Kryptonite Spears he prepared?"

Do you even understand reason?

However, Doomsday, after being resurrected, only managed to howl once before being killed by the Kryptonite spear within its body.

A dozen seconds later, Doomsday revived, only to be killed again by the beggar three seconds later.

Doomsday's immortality remains, but its ability to not be killed twice by the same method fails against the beggar.

It's like a witch thrown into the depths of the ocean, capable of endless resurrection, endlessly cycling between death and resurrection.

This comical yet cruel scene did not amuse anyone, because everyone could feel that in the cycle of death and resurrection, the aura of Doomsday continued to expand, its size grew out of thin air, and its appearance became more and more ferocious, until it completely lost its human form.

The brave Superman rushed towards the source, trying to stop Doomsday's death loop, but was punched away by the Doomsday.

Before Superman could even react, he was deeply embedded in the distant Yabang Building.

The plot has completely collapsed.
