Bai Ye confronted threats across the Ninja Nation and Arad, changing Nagato’s course and resolving the crises in the Forest of Spirits and Screaming Cave. He then entered the Empire’s political struggle, where his plans to weaken its oppressive forces brought him to Aria’s estate.

• Bai Ye revealed Akatsuki’s plan to collect the Tailed Beasts, took Hyuga Hiashi to the moon, and helped avert war between the Otsutsuki Main House and Branch House while awakening the Tenseigan.
• Bai Ye negotiated with Nagato, exposed Obito’s manipulation, and brought several Akatsuki members into the Ninja Nation’s peace, while Tsunade worked to restore Nagato’s legs.
• Bai Ye investigated the Forest of Spirits, failed to stop the elves’ sacrifice, and took the memoryless Seria and Niu Niu into his care before gaining the power of a Sword Saint.
• Bai Ye defeated Kane, calmed Shylock, and helped her escape through a dimensional rift before reforging the Autumn Leaf Blade to house her power.
• Bai Ye agreed to protect the Bel Myre Principality, while Queen Skardi granted him an estate and the freedom to form an army.
• Bai Ye rejected Bess’s request to rebuild the Empire on his terms and proposed that Hailan discuss annexing it, while warning Nadjeshda about the Revolutionary Army’s corruption.
• Bai Ye entered the Imperial Capital and followed Shayu and Iyeyasu to Aria’s estate, where he pretended to be unconscious as Aria’s family prepared to torture them.

Bai Ye toppled the Empire, gathered allies across the seas and Valoran, and declared war on the World Government before turning to the Shikon Jewel and Seimei’s return. The arc leaves Bai Ye, Midori, and Kikyo confronting Kaguya after learning she may try to seal him.

• Bai Ye defeated Esdeath, brought the Empire under Hailan rule, and recruited allies as Night Raid and the Revolutionary Army faced their own choices.
• Bai Ye opened Wano’s borders, negotiated with Fish-Man Island and Amazon Lily, and returned to the East Blue, where Nami joined him after he killed Arlong.
• At Loguetown, Bai Ye transformed into Nika, defeated the Marines’ strongest fighters, and declared war on the Five Elders and Im.
• Bai Ye traveled through Valoran, freed captured Vastaya, and joined forces with Nidalee, Rengar, and Ahri before protecting Wuji Village from Noxian troops.
• After Swain took power in Noxus, Bai Ye agreed to cooperate with him while keeping the freedom to act independently, then returned to his family and discussed Seimei’s possible return.
• Onigumo surrendered his soul and became Naraku, while Bai Ye took the Shikon Jewel from Kikyo and sealed Seimei inside it.
• Seimei escaped through the Gate of Hell and devastated Heian-kyō, while Bai Ye traveled with Midori and Kikyo to search for Kaguya.
• Bai Ye helped Saint Hakushin find peace and gained Spiritual Power, then hurried with Midori and Kikyo to confront Kaguya after her Hagoromo was stolen.

Bai Ye defeated Seimei and overthrew Huaye, then helped Kaisha take power while building his research plans. He later joined Uncle Jiu to destroy the threats in Tengteng Town and claim a Dead Dragon Vein, leaving for Jiuquan Town as the Evil Path targeted Xuehua and Shi Jian grew wary of Bai Ye.

• Bai Ye defeated Seimei, trapped him and the Hundred Ghosts inside Heian-kyō, and learned that Naraku held a Shikon Jewel made from Seimei’s soul and the dead of the city.
• Bai Ye rejected Huaye’s offer, killed him, and led Kaisha and Harshee in purging the Heavenly Palace, after which Kaisha became Angel King.
• Bai Ye continued his research with Harshee and Liangbing, while Kaisha dropped her plan to spy on him and the gathered scholars left to join Gilan in the Deno System.
• Bai Ye reunited with Xuehua and Uncle Jiu, learned that a Dead Dragon Vein lay beneath Tengteng Town, and agreed to investigate it with the group.
• Bai Ye helped Uncle Jiu cure the Marshal by destroying the Marshal’s jiangshi father, then led the group to Tengteng Town and burned the Zombie King to ashes.
• Bai Ye found the Dragon Vein sealed in a Nine Cauldrons cauldron and killed Ahao and the feng shui master after they threatened the group.
• Bai Ye refused to hand over the Dragon Vein, then chose to investigate the sinister church in Jiuquan Town with Uncle Jiu as the Evil Path resolved to target Xuehua and Shi Jian grew resentful of Bai Ye.

Bai Ye dealt with the church’s zombies and the Dragon Vein, then built up his Agency while solving a time-looping card incident and accepting a gemstone-guarding job. The arc left Bai Ye trapping Kaito Kid and the Three Sisters in the gem room after Cat’s Eye took the hidden jewel.

• Bai Ye destroyed the Red Robe Fire Ghost, told Uncle Jiu that the Dead Dragon Vein could be revived, and parted ways with Ao Tianlong and Ao Ningshuang.
• Bai Ye exposed Dragon Slayer’s smuggling operation, helped destroy the Western Zombie beneath the church, and saw Dragon Slayer taken to Maoshan for judgment.
• Xuehua offered to bring Bai Ye Miaojiang’s Dragon Vein, while the Byakuya variants reported threats and developments in their respective worlds.
• Bai Ye enrolled Haibara Ai in elementary school, helped Inspector Megure solve a murder, and began turning the Odd Jobs Shop into an Agency with Sadako, Miko, and Tohru.
• Bai Ye and Sakura used the Shield Card to resist the Time Card’s reversals, then Bai Ye struck the card with lightning and Sakura sealed it.
• Kanna came looking for Tohru, but accepted Bai Ye and Tohru’s offer of food and lodging and chose to stay with them.
• Bai Ye accepted a commission to guard a gemstone targeted by Kaito Kid and Cat’s Eye, then deduced that Kaito Kid had disguised himself as Sonoko to get Suzuki Jirokichi’s fingerprints.
• Kaito Kid drew the others away from the gem room, Cat’s Eye took the hidden jewel, and Bai Ye trapped Kaito Kid and the Three Sisters inside.
