Against Me? Eat a Spiraling Shuriken!

Today's Clan Meeting was not held in the small room inside Naka Shrine, because there was simply no way that room could fit all the clan members attending this time.

Usually, the clan members attending the Clan Meeting were those who had awakened the Sharingan. This time was different. As long as they were Uchiha ninja, they all had to attend. Even rookie genin still doing D-rank missions had come.

The last time there had been such a grand gathering was when Uchiha Madara had resolved to reconcile with the Senju Clan and create Konoha together.

This sudden move left every Uchiha present with complicated feelings. Today's Clan Meeting would likely determine the Uchiha's fate for the next several decades.

"He's here! Uchiha Nan is here!"

A voice suddenly rang out from the crowd. The previously noisy crowd fell silent in unison, their eyes turning toward Uchiha Nan. The surrounding crowd voluntarily parted, opening a path for Uchiha Nan to walk to the front.

Uchiha Nan felt the gazes fixed on him but did not feel the slightest discomfort. He strode forward, his signature smile on his face.

Uchiha Tomita stood at the highest point with his hands behind his back, watching Uchiha Nan step onto the platform.

"Clan Head, I assume you already know why I called this Clan Meeting today."

"You and Tobirama Senju are both remnants of the Old Era. The New Era has no ship capable of carrying you. Only young people like me can lead the Uchiha into the new age!"

"Step down!"

Uchiha Nan got straight to the point, plainly and directly stating his purpose without any hesitation. He did not even bother with the most basic pleasantries.

Confident, arrogant, domineering!

Every Uchiha present sensed Uchiha Nan's change today. His behavior was utterly unlike his past self, leaving them deeply shocked.

"What spirit!"

"For the Uchiha to have a young man like you is the Uchiha's good fortune."

Uchiha Tomita praised him, but then his tone abruptly shifted, carrying a chilling coldness.

"But don't you think you're being too arrogant?"

"Do you really think that just because Tobirama Senju is dead, you can run wild in the Uchiha, or even in Konoha?"

As Uchiha Tomita spoke, his presence surged. His Three-Tomoe Sharingan appeared as he stared at Uchiha Nan, powerful Chakra bursting forth. The wooden floor beneath his feet cracked, on the verge of exploding apart.

Uchiha Nan's expression did not change in the slightest. This was nowhere near enough to make him back down.

"Today, you want to become the Uchiha Clan Head. Do you think you're worthy?"

Uchiha Tomita pointed at the Uchiha gathered below. His supporters immediately understood what he meant.

"Only Clan Head Tomita can lead the Uchiha!"

"You still reek of your mother's milk, yet you're this arrogant!"

"You're not worthy!"

"..."

In an instant, jeers erupted everywhere, spurring on the remaining Uchiha. The voices of Uchiha Inohi, Uchiha Tekka, and their supporters were already drowned out by the wave of opposition.

The thunderous cries of opposition echoed throughout Naka Shrine.

A smug expression appeared on Uchiha Tomita's face. After more than a decade of cultivating influence within the Uchiha, he had long since gained absolute prestige.

He was no incompetent Clan Head. Rising above the rest to become Clan Head after Uchiha Madara's departure, then leading the Uchiha to ever greater prosperity, was not something Uchiha Nan could easily shake.

Uchiha Nan turned to look toward the source of the first voices. More than a dozen Uchiha with Three Tomoe stared at him like tigers watching their prey.

Hmph! You're all against me, are you? Then none of you get to play!

I'm flipping the table!

"Lava Release: Spiraling Shuriken!"

Uchiha Nan snorted coldly and instantly condensed a Lava Release: Spiraling Shuriken in one hand. He controlled its power perfectly—it would teach those dozen or so Uchiha a lesson while also making everyone else shut up first.

They were all shouting so loudly. They needed a little lesson!

Uchiha Nan looked at that group of Uchiha and threw it without hesitation.

"Damn it, he's a lunatic!!"

"Run?"

"We can't move aside. The clan members are still here."

"Where are the Barrier Ninja? Get over here!"

The dozen or so Three-Tomoe Uchiha faced a formidable enemy. They could feel the deadly threat radiating from the shuriken, but they had to withstand it head-on. If it exploded, the younger Uchiha present would definitely suffer severe casualties!

"Water Style: Water Formation Wall!"

"Earth Style: Earth-Style Wall!"

"Ninja Art: Four-Sided Barrier!"

All kinds of defensive ninjutsu were unleashed. One of them was even skilled in sealing barriers, and they barely managed to intercept the Lava Release: Spiraling Shuriken.

With a thunderous boom, the heat wave swept over every Uchiha present. The weaker Uchiha were knocked to the ground. Fortunately, there were no casualties, only minor injuries.

Every Uchiha was covered in dust and looked terrified. How could attending a Clan Meeting put their lives in danger?

Uchiha Tomita's eyes nearly split open. The three magatama in his Sharingan spun wildly. How could Uchiha Nan dare use such a dangerous ninjutsu in a situation like this?

He could not be allowed to live!

Just as Uchiha Tomita was about to make a move, Uchiha Nan formed another Lava Release: Spiraling Shuriken in his hand.

Uchiha Tomita immediately stopped, staring at Uchiha Nan with killing intent in his eyes.

"Calmed down now? Are you still shouting?"

Holding the weapon of mass destruction in his hand, Uchiha Nan wore an utterly unconstrained expression as he looked at the Uchiha below the platform. One after another, they lowered their heads, furious but not daring to speak.

Especially those dozen Uchiha from before. Their clothes were already in tatters, their hair had been scorched, and every one of them was injured. They looked at Uchiha Nan with killing intent in their eyes, yet none of them dared move.

They were terrified that Uchiha Nan would throw another one. They could not dodge it and would have to take it head-on. If they dodged, the clan members around them would suffer. They were not as crazy as Uchiha Nan.

Uchiha Nan was even more Uchiha than the Uchiha themselves!

"Lava Release? How do you know that?"

Uchiha Tomita's gaze turned grave. Only now did he realize that the ninjutsu Uchiha Nan had used was Lava Release. Where had the Uchiha gotten such a Kekkei Genkai?

Of course, Uchiha Nan had drawn it from the Gacha Wheel—his only Orange Reward from when he had been a European Emperor.

He had kept it hidden until today before revealing it in public. Everyone else who had seen this move was already dead.

In response to Uchiha Tomita's question, Uchiha Nan simply rolled his eyes. Would he tell him his most secret secret?

"Hmph, is this your trump card?"

"I'm telling you, your actions have seriously violated the Clan Rules. Even killing you would be perfectly justified!"

"It's not too late to turn back. I can spare your life. Surrender without resistance. Are you really going to sever yourself from the Uchiha Clan?"

Uchiha Tomita's tone was grave, but he did not dare press too hard. He was afraid of driving Uchiha Nan over the edge and making him casually throw out that ninjutsu again.

Uchiha Nan truly is an innately evil Uchiha.
