Ling Qingzhu arrived at the Ancient Tomb Mansion aboard the Ancient Azure Sky Lotus, a treasure that had recognized her as its user. Her ability to sense Cang Wu despite his concealment immediately set her apart from the Great Yan Dynasty's other young geniuses. 39 40

During the tomb expedition, Cang Wu entered the Azure Sky Lotus's barrier without resistance and revealed unusual familiarity with it, prompting Ling Qingzhu's enduring curiosity about his identity. His guidance allowed her to touch the threshold of the Supreme Induction Art, and she later defended him while he refined the Nirvana Heart. 42 47 55

After learning of the Lord of Devourment's sacrifice and legacy, Ling Qingzhu developed deep admiration for the figure.
