"Goku originally had a Battle Power of only five million. After defeating Frieza, he recovered from severe injuries, then spent another month training in the Gravity Chamber..."

Whis lifted his cup and took a sip. "Now that the Grand Elder has unleashed his potential as well, his base Battle Power is probably around thirty million."
