Background

Shen Zhaochi is a transmigrator who spent a million years cultivating in the Primordial Era. He became the sole disciple jointly adopted by Yun Xiao, Qiong Xiao, and Bi Xiao of Three Immortals Island. Despite their use of countless treasures and resources, his ordinary talent left him stalled at Golden Immortal, unable to reach Primordial Unity Golden Immortal through conventional cultivation. 1

When the Great Tribulation of Investiture of the Gods begins, the Strongest Godhood System gives him a choice between hiding from the calamity or destroying his body so that his True Spirit can inhabit the Investiture of the Gods. Refusing to abandon his three Masters and the Intercepting Sect to their destined downfall, he chooses self-termination. 1
